Third-quarter notes: Texans 23, Colts 17

Courtesy of the Texans’ media relations staff, notes from the third quarter in Week 15 at Reliant Stadium, where the Texans lead the Indianapolis Colts 23-17:

THE TEXANS

·         Led after three quarters for the tenth time this season. Houston is 9-0 this season when leading going into the last quarter.

WR ANDRE JOHNSON

·         Became the third-fastest player in NFL history to surpass 11,000 career receiving yards, doing so in his 136th career game. He topped the milestone on a 16-yard catch on the last play of the third quarter.
